Your Role

As a Strategy Associate, you will support the development andexecutionof

Oterra’sstrategy in North America.

You will collaborate closely with the North American leadership team and work onhigh-impact projects ensuring that cross-functional initiatives are successful.

The role will be reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Execution in North America and will be embeddedwithin the Strategy and Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development,communication and implementation of our regional strategy in close collaboration with the North American Leadership Team
• Plan, support and drive cross-functional strategic projects, including diagnosing challenges,identifyingsolutionsand ensuring successful completion
• Use project management best practices tomonitorprogression, timelines,risksand quality of delivery
• Compile and track keycommercial intelligence and market insights
• Partner with R&D, Applications and Sales teams to identify, explore and drivenew opportunities for growth
• Develop high quality communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc tasks related to corporate communication,commercialanalysesetc.

Who are we looking for?

• University degree or MBA from a recognized university or business school
• A minimum of2years ofworkexperience within corporate strategy, businessdevelopmentormanagement consulting, including independent stakeholder and project management experience
• Proven track recordofmanaging cross-functional projects
• Skilled problem solverand analyst with the ability to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insights in aclear and concise manner to senior stakeholders
• Experience in crafting clear and concise communicationmaterialand presentations tosenior stakeholders - both written and verbally
• Strong senseof accountability with a naturalability to consistentlydriveinitiativesforward
• A curious and pro-activeteam player with a can-do-attitudewhois willing to go the extra milewhen needed
