Job Description

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects
  • Experience working in an Owner's Representative, Construction Management, General Contractor, or similar project delivery environment
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project execution, scheduling, budgeting, contractor management, and field operations
  • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, contractor performance, and overall project delivery
  • Strong Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction experience
  • Experience overseeing design and construction activities from planning through project completion
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams including owners, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Experience reviewing trade contracts, bid packages, submittals, and construction documentation
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, site inspections, safety programs, and construction best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in a fast-paced construction environment

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects in Mount Pleasant, WI. These individuals will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including design coordination, construction execution, budget oversight, schedule management, contractor performance, safety compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

The Project Managers will serve as key points of contact throughout the project lifecycle and work closely with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors, and trade partners to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day field activities, managing project schedules and budgets, facilitating project meetings, reviewing contracts and bid packages, overseeing site logistics, and ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
