• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquires, and requests.
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations. Assisting with special requests, and group bookings.
• Be able to handle guest complaints, resolving any issues, and communicating with managers.
• Check lists and misc. paperwork.
• Going over and above to ensure a amazing guest experience.
• Cleaning the Oasis room, market area, and front desk.
• Other misc. items assigned as needed.

• High school diploma required.
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility with availability to work must be available for 7-3, 1-8, 3-11 shifts, considerations will be made for set schedules.
