- - Responsibilities:
Coordinate Fargo plant tours, attendee reservations, onsite registration and tour equipment preparation;
Schedule guides and support customer engagement through tours and onsite events;
Organize, manage and support onsite hospitality for tour groups, key account customers and onsite meetings/events;
Support activity related to the Fargo Fan Shop/Company Store, including retail sales, inventory management, product selection, and point-of-purchase displays;
Assist with daily visitor management at the Fargo Experience Center entrance
