Coordinate Fargo plant tours including attendee reservations and onsite registration;
Prepare tour equipment and schedule guides to support customer engagement;
Organize, manage, and support onsite hospitality for tour groups, key account customers, and onsite meetings/events;
Support activity for Fargo Experience Center and Fargo Fan Shop/Company Store including retail sales, inventory management, and customer service;
Assist with daily visitor management at the Experience Center entrance
