STV is seeking a
** BIM Manager
** to join our Digital Advisory team within the Centers of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have
** strong Autodesk expertise**,, and will provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) workflows for complex infrastructure and building projects. This position will help ensure efficient coordination, high-quality deliverables, and successful project execution.
*
* Responsibilities include:

*** Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and constructability issues.
* Provide hands-on support for Autodesk software suite, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.
* Develop and maintain enterprise digital libraries, templates, and scripts to support BIM workflows.
* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
* Interface with clients to define BIM deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed-upon protocols.
* Mentor junior team members in BIM best practices through formal and informal training sessions.
* Stay current with Autodesk software updates, digital delivery trends, and emerging BIM technologies.
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* ** 4+ years of experience
** in AEC industry with strong focus on BIM management.
* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
* Familiarity with BIM standards, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery best practices.
** Preferred but not

Required:

*** Professional Certification in BIM Management.
* Experience with infrastructure or transit projects.
