Retail Pharmacy Technician

Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Develops competence in dispensing and delivery of medications using information systems, technology, and automation.;
Enter medication orders and process medication requests in the computer system.;
Manage phone calls from customers and team members, providing timely resolution or hand-offs.;
Ensure pharmacy procedures and documentation meet legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.;
Maintain licensure, registration, and/or certification as required (e.g., sit for CPhT exam within first year).
