Concierge

Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their immediate needs and manage the first impression of the facility.;
Assist customers with directions, locating wheelchairs, provide escorts to destinations, etc.;
Coordinate with Admitting or other departments to verify destination and remain with the patient if they are alone or in a wheelchair.;
Maintain a smooth traffic flow at the entrances to the facility and assist with parking and transportation needs.;
Ensure the working area is clean, safe, and report any Security/Safety issues to the Public Safety Services Department immediately.
