Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an RMA Coordinator to manage the inflow and outflow of defective returns and coordinate process flow across the RMA operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Quality Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The RMA Coordinator will lead workflow coordination, maintain accurate tracking and documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives, while assisting the Quality Department as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full RMA lifecycle, including intake, verification, routing, and shipment of returned products
  • Track and monitor unit movement across receiving, repair, testing, and shipping locations
  • Ensure timely processing of RMAs per company policies, SOPs, and customer requirements
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress of RMA Technicians to support operational efficiency
  • Provide clear work instructions, support onboarding, and ensure adherence to standards
  • Act as primary point of contact for RMA-related communication between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Operations to resolve product flow issues

    Maintain accurate RMA records including product information, failure details, and dispositions
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, throughput data, scrap trends, and repair cycle time
  • Conduct liability assessments to determine customer versus vendor accountability
  • Identify workflow challenges and propose process improvements
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement activities in the RMA workflow
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in RMA, reverse logistics, repair operations, or manufacturing coordination
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ERP/MES/CIMS systems, SAP, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
