The role involves hands-on cleaning, disassembly and reassembly of bakery equipment, and strict adherence to master sanitation schedules, HACCP principles, FDA requirements, and SOPs. Shift runs 3:00 p.m.
to 11:30 p.m. with overtime/weekend flexibility.
