DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. • Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
