About the Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
Bio Life Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
How You Will Contribute- Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
- Review Quality Control Records.
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
- Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Frequent bending and reaching; requires ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds, and occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Because of potential exposure to blood borne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required.

$24.00 - $33.00 per hour.
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, or other factors, and will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements.
