, serving communities like Kenosha, Burlington, Elkhorn, and Mount Pleasant

• Kenosha
  :
  Independent CRNA model with wide-ranging cases (ortho, spine, GYN, ENT, GI, general surgery). No call/weekends/holidays. 10-hour shifts. Highly supportive team with excellent work-life balance.
• Burlington/Lakeland
  :
  Independent practice model. 8–10 hour shifts. Light call (typically one night/week), one holiday/year. Friendly, communicative surgical and nursing staff.
• Mount Pleasant
  :
  Medical direction care team model with opportunities for autonomy. Bread-and-butter cases including general surgery, ortho, urology, vascular. No OB or heavy peds. No call, weekends, or holidays.

• ACLS Certification (DEA required)
• Comfort with general and regional anesthesia preferred
• Experience in bread-and-butter cases: ENT, ortho, urology, general, GI
• Wisconsin license preferred (ask us about license timelines if not yet licensed)
