Registered Nurse, Float – Urgent Care

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills of communication
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience in urgent care or ED preferred

Demonstrates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical decision‑making to ensure safe and therapeutic care. Holds a Registered Nurse license and BLS certification, with a focus on creating a safe patient environment and enhancing patient experience.
