Job Description
Supervise the daily operations of a Plasma Donation Center, overseeing employees in the production area and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities- Monitor center training needs and ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training.
- Review Quality Control Records.
- Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
- Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
- Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
- Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Ability to bend, reach, walk and stand for entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
U.S. hourly wage range: $24.00 – $33.00. Eligibility for U.S. based short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per year, and paid vacation up to 120 hours for new hires.
