MEAT​/DEPT LEADER

The Kroger Company - 2820 South Green Bay Road - Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, train and direct Meat department associates; perform production and customer service functions; maximize store sales and profits.;
Develop maximum customer relations through friendliness and courtesy and implementation of all company policies.;
Be alert and assist in store security; handle customer complaints; maintain temperature logs and ensure accurate temperatures.;
Train and develop Meat department employees, ensuring proper emphasis on customer courtesy and productivity; manage staffing and workloads.;
Provide input on department budgets, goals and results; implement company programs and ensure a harassment-free work environment.
