Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks;
Demonstrate leadership to drive sales and profitability and achieve store goals;

Train and enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure associate safety by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them to management;
