Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on meaningful connections with customers. They uncover customer needs and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. They meet performance targets across sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

• Serving and selling to customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completing training on the in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Maximizing time on shift by seeking information between customers and staying informed about wireless innovations
• Collaborating with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training and eligibility for hourly training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year (varies with performance and full-time status). All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
