Job Responsibilities
- Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
- Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
