STS Technical Services is hiring a Lead Field Service Technician in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. This role requires strong industrial field service experience along with hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. You will lead field technicians, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and be the primary customer contact on site.
Travel will be approximately 80 percent based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, at least five years of field service experience, and excellent communication skills.
