Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Lead Bilingual Packer at a company in Sturtevant, WI. This is a temporary position for 1st shift. Apply now!
Responsibilities- Lead packing activities on the production line during the shift
- Translate order instructions and communicate effectively with bilingual and English-speaking team members
- Ensure accurate and efficient packing of customer orders
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the shift
- Communicate important updates, instructions, and workflow information to staff on the floor
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or production environment preferred
- Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
