Position Description
Class A CDL Truck Driver position based in Mount Pleasant, WI.
Weekly pay starting at $1,365 or more, with additional compensation for solo miles and stops.
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.47 per mile with 1,595 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $14.00 per stop with 44 stops per week
- Paid Training
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, no weekends - Start Time: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM dispatch window
Routes: SOLO to WI, IN, and IL; home daily.
Tractor type:
Straight Truck 26'. MDT:
Touch – Screen Doors and Hardware.
Trucks are 36 months or newer; 24/7 roadside maintenance; fuel at 800+ maintenance facilities nationwide.

- Minimum age 21 years
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years
- Pass DOT physical
- Pass Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
- Class A verifiable experience in tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
- Experience:
9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years - Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, or customer‑specific background requirements.
Responsibilities- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs
- Loading/unloading freight or assisting at loading/unloading if required by customer
- Perform other duties as assigned
