At Grand Appliance and TV, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences—and that starts in our warehouses. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our delivery team and ensure our customers get exactly what they ordered, on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations working with sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Allocate and scan product accurately to prepare for customer deliveries.
• Review and process documents, ensuring all paperwork matches the physical product.
• Read and respond to internal emails, print delivery documents, check routes for accuracy.
• Use systems like Net Suite and Microsoft Outlook to manage inventory and fulfillment communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery or warehouse is preferred
• Prior experience with warehouse systems (Net Suite is a bonus)
• Experience using RF scanning equipment
• Comfort with using Microsoft office tools like Outlook and Excel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfort in working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, especially around delivery and installation needs.
