JobOverview
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating packaging artwork projects in compliance with product, marketing, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in‑office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois (3 days per week).
Responsibilities- Collect and consolidate required artwork contents per requirements
- Facilitate creation of artwork with external agencies & internal stakeholders
- Maintain art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
- Track projects, timelines, and associated costs
- Support Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Materials entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow‑up) for transition topics
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous work experience in design or graphic design required
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
- Experience with project management and working as part of a cross‑functional team required
- Understanding of pre‑press, printing processes, and operations required
U.S. base salary range: $95,000 to $110,000.
