The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating packaging artwork projects in compliance with product, marketing, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role is hybrid remote with 60% monthly in‑office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois (3 days per week).

• Collect and consolidate required artwork contents per requirements
• Facilitate creation of artwork with external agencies & internal stakeholders
• Maintain art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
• Track projects, timelines, and associated costs
• Support Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Materials entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow‑up) for transition topics

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Previous work experience in design or graphic design required
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
• Experience with project management and working as part of a cross‑functional team required
• Understanding of pre‑press, printing processes, and operations required

U.S. base salary range: $95,000 to $110,000.
