Customer Service Representative

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, gathering information and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate service requests between customers, internal service teams, and external contractors.
• Create and manage service orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare and distribute schedules, work orders, service manuals, and support materials for field technicians.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up throughout the service process.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office or service-oriented environment.
