Early Childhood Assistant - Bilingual role at Community Consolidated School District 59
- Work Year: 10 months
- Hours Per Day: 7.0
- Start/End Times: 8:20a - 3:50p
- Compensation:
Teaching Assistant - Type 2, $19.50 - $21.00 (Like experience considered) - Participates in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension fund (reciprocal pension with TRS)
- Eligible for paid holidays, time off benefits, and medical/dental insurance benefits
- Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Location may change based on the needs of student
Provide support to students within a preschool setting to support student’s learning, socialization, safety, mobility, and behavioral needs.
Qualifications- ELS (PARA) License (formerly Paraprofessional approval) required.
- Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English languages preferred.
