We partner with customers to deliver cash, card, and mobile payment solutions through smart validation devices and business‑management software.
We’re seeking an experienced financial professional to join our finance team in Malvern, PA. The Sr. Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and provide critical business analytics.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
- Analyze data for reasonableness, review variances, and consider sources, current business activities, and historical trends before releasing information to stakeholders.
- Support strategic cost initiatives, track risks and opportunities, and deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis to aid decision‑making.
- Conduct finance reviews with business and functional staff, including revenue, expense, and headcount variance analysis, linking results to operating drivers and recommending actions to support cost reduction and margin improvement objectives.
- Maintain close collaboration with senior leadership to meet cost and revenue objectives throughout the year.
- Apply strong finance background and process mindset while working effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple businesses and functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Excel mastery required.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power
BI. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Action‑oriented and timely decision‑maker.
- Customer‑service‑oriented and responsive to project team needs.
- Facilitator with a knack for negotiating win‑win solutions.
- Flexible, comfortable wearing many hats and shifting priorities as needed.
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

- Presentation skills and confident speaking to groups.

- Base pay 95 k‑110 k.
