Responsibilities:

Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management

Maintain a clean and professional environment

Accountable for informing and educating clients on our service offerings, retail products and membership program

Support and protect our culture

Community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management

Follow safety standards

Follow Waxing the City’s signature techniques and elevated standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Current IL State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)

A passion for waxing and the beauty industry

Time Management Skills

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
