SAP ABAP Tech Lead; Local

• SAP Technical ABAP Lead with 2-3 years of lead experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP.
• Experience with SAP Service Line and regulated environments is a plus. Ability to lead an offshore team to develop RICEF objects and troubleshoot using ABAP skills.
• Knowledge of workload analysis, categorization, and prioritization for planning and forecasting.
• Experience as a Technical Lead in architecture and development.
• Mapping technical business needs to architectures, standards, and reusable assets.
• Formulating and defining programming standards that meet regulatory compliance for implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
• Collaborating with Testing/QA Lead to execute system testing, integration testing, and regression testing involving ABAP programming or User Exits.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations.
• Developing reports, workflows, and metrics.
