Data Entry Clerk WDB

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for managing vital inventory tracking and temperature‑monitoring data for our temperature‑controlled supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management software or ERP systems, and more listed below.

• Log Temperature Data:
  Input and monitor temperature sensor logs, reefer trailer readings, and thermal compliance metrics to prevent product spoilage
• Track Shipment Inventory:
  Enter SKU numbers, batch/lot IDs, expiration dates, and shipping quantities into our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Verify Shipping Documents:
  Audit bills of lading, delivery receipts, and warehouse logs to quickly identify and report any quantity or temperature discrepancies
• Maintain Compliance Records:
  Keep meticulous records to satisfy industry-specific regulatory standards, such as food safety rules or pharmaceutical guidelines
• Coordinate Logistics Updates:
  Communicate directly with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and drivers to log real‑time tracking updates and priority hot shipments

• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of experience in data entry, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics preferred.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using inventory management software or ERP systems
• Attention to Detail:
  Proven ability to input large amounts of sensitive technical and numerical data with a low error rate
• Problem‑Solving:
  Quick to flag anomalies, such as temperature spikes or missing batch data, and elevate them to management
• Physical/Environment:
  Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment (may require brief entry into refrigerated or frozen storage areas)
