We are seeking a skilled Brewer to join our team. The Brewer will be responsible for producing high-quality craft beer while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining equipment.

• Operate brewing equipment to produce craft beer following established recipes
• Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean brewing area
• Package finished products for distribution
• Fabricate new recipes and experiment with different ingredients to create unique flavors
• Adhere to HACCP, CGMP, and other food safety regulations
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain brewing equipment
• Forklift operation for moving materials within the brewery

• Proficiency in food safety practices within the food industry
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to sanitize brewing equipment effectively
  
  Experience in packaging and labeling products
• Knowledge of craft beer production processes
• Ability to fabricate new beer recipes and innovate in brewing techniques
• Familiarity with HACCP guidelines for food safety
• Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting
