Retail Sales Manager, MWT – AT&T Authorized Retailer

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead our high‑performing retail wireless store, located in the Greater Lakes Region. This is a full‑time position with base pay between $64,625.00 and $ per year, plus unlimited commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

• Manage a high‑traffic, sales‑driven retail wireless store.
• Develop and execute a proven sales process.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff.
• Maintain a dynamic, positive team atmosphere.
• Drive store results to meet or exceed goals.
• Leverage strong customer focus to grow sales.

• Minimum 4 years managing a high‑traffic retailer in the wireless sales field.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales.
• Experience managing at least 3 direct reports.
• Strong recruitment and coaching history.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week and perform related tasks.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
