Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Officer

Join our team as a Security Guard - Vehicle Patrol at Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group. Play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of an apartment complex. Your responsibilities include routine vehicle and foot patrols, protecting client assets, monitoring property access, and maintaining a secure environment for residents and visitors while upholding the standards of Cardinal Point Security Group.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19128

Schedule: 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM

• Be punctual, professional, and maintain a sharp appearance in proper uniform.
• Perform vehicle patrols in assigned areas to ensure safety.
• Conduct thorough foot patrols as required.
• Follow a set patrol route and adhere to the schedule.
• Keep patrol vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity following protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities.
• Collaborate with on-site management and emergency services as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of security experience; related field experience preferred.
• At least five years of driving experience with no infractions.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check completion.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
• Pass a mandatory drug screen.

• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.

• Operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as walking and standing during patrols.
