Novak & Parker Inc is looking for a skilled and dependable Appliance Installer to join our growing team in Mount Prospect, IL. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in customers' homes every day — delivering and installing appliances with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities:- Deliver, install, and connect household and commercial appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ranges
- Read and follow manufacturer installation instructions and safety guidelines
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and gas line connections as required for appliance installation
- Inspect appliances before and after installation to ensure proper operation
- Remove and haul away old appliances as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding installation process and product usage
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Prior experience in appliance installation, delivery, or a related trade field preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or gas connections is a plus
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (50–100+ lbs) safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
