Intelligent Service Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drain Cleaning is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mount Prospect, IL. This is a full-time position offering a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for homeowners every day.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities and no weekend shifts

As our HVAC Technician, you'll start each day heading to homes where homeowners are counting on you to solve their heating and cooling challenges. You'll accurately diagnose system issues, explain your findings in a way customers can understand, and present them with options ranging from repairs and maintenance agreements to complete system replacements. After helping the homeowner make an informed decision, you'll perform the work with precision, document everything in Service Titan, and head to your next opportunity.
REQUIREMENTS- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience, experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners, and familiarity with Service Titan or similar software are preferred.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
