CDL A Regional Driver Midwest Route Recent Grads

Must be 21 years or older with valid CDL A license. Recent CDL school graduates with 120 hour certificate accepted.

We're hiring Class A drivers for consistent regional routes across the Midwest. Enjoy weekly home time, steady pay, and full benefits — with training provided for new drivers.

• Route Area: IL, OH, IN, MI, KY — within 400 miles of your home terminal

• Miles: 2,200+ per week

• Home Time: 34-hour reset at home, typically on weekends

• Freight: Preloaded trailers | Drop and hook | Minimal downtime

• CPM Pay: $0.56 to $0.64 based on experience

• Weekly Average Pay: $1,400-$1,500

• Extra Pay: Detention, layover, breakdowns covered

• Performance Bonus: Available based on safety and service

• CDL A license | 21+ years old
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No more than 4 jobs in the past year
• No more than 1 year of unemployment in past 5 years
• No DUI, felony, or misdemeanor in the last 10 years
• Must pass DOT urine and hair drug screen
• No SAP drivers

• Paid training: $650/week
• < 3 months experience: 4–6 week program with instructor
• 3–6 months experience: 1–2 week mentorship program

• Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680 (less than 2 years old)
• Manual & automatic available
• Equipped with APU, fridge, inverter

• W2 position | Eligible for benefits after 30 days
