The Administrative Aide will provide high-level administrative support and serve as a coordinator among departments.
Qualifications- 4 years secretarial/administrative experience.
- Typing ≥ 40 WPM; strong correspondence and organizational skills.
- Skilled in multi-source report preparation, record management.
- Comfortable acting as liaison between supervisor and stakeholders.
- Draft and sign correspondence, compile reports.
- Schedule executive meetings and manage calendars.
- Function as an administrative intermediary.
Rate: $22–$34/hr
