About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a long-established, family-owned consumer goods manufacturer with a reputation for taking care of its people and building long-term careers. This AP/AR Admin role is being created as part of growth and succession planning—the current team is evolving, and this position will help strengthen the day-to-day financial and administrative backbone of the office.

You’ll support core AP/AR work while also being cross-trained across office administration—ideal for someone who likes variety and wants to keep growing.

What You’ll Do
  • Support Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes, helping keep the flow of invoices, payments, and records accurate and on time.
  • Maintain organized documentation and administrative records tied to financial activity.
  • Use strong attention to detail and sound judgment to spot issues, ask questions, and keep numbers clean.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as needed, with cross-training across multiple office responsibilities.
  • Communicate clearly with internal partners to ensure information is complete and deadlines are met.
  • Step in where needed—this is a “wear many hats” role in a collaborative office environment.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
  • Prior AP or AR experience (required).
  • Strong comfort with numbers, organization, and critical thinking.
  • Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats and be cross trained across office administration (required).
  • Excel expertise (nice to have).
  • Experience in a small-company environment (nice to have).
