We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. • Another Northrop Grumman facility with proper SCIF/SAPF accessibility to conduct NIS work

  • Proximity to key customer (as defined by hiring manager)

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide thought leadership and lessons learned in the development and execution of individual capture strategies and win themes

  • Identify and structure effective cross-functional capture teams to prepare high-quality, compliant proposals by aligning talent and resources

  • Support capture managers to distill win strategies down to specific, executable tasks to increase probability of win

  • Coach our capture managers to develop good business deals and support contract negotiation strategies to ensure our proposals meet the company’s financial expectations

  • Collaborate across the organization to conduct Position to Win analyses, manage Design to Cost targets, and facilitate make/buy decisions to optimize proposal outcomes

  • Develop, implement, and manage processes aligned to the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP) that results in an increased capture Pwin and improved win rate

  • Strengthen the competencies of our capture managers by conducting skills assessments and tailoring training plans aligned to corporate and sector BD Excellence initiatives
