• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads – NO MORE COLD CALLS!
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
• Collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication, expertly coordinating free in-home consultations
• Represent our offerings with enthusiasm and expertise, providing top‑notch service to new and existing clients

• Prior experience in a call center role
• Remodeling or service knowledge
• Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
• High energy and willingness to learn
• Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
• Weekend availability required
