As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we need some amazing new professionals to join our team. In particular, we are seeking an experienced Technology Protection Engineer III (TPE III/Senior Engineer) to primarily support our ARTPC program.
This position is located on-site in Aberdeen, MD.

Clearance Required for this role:
Active TS/SCI
- Working alongside security specialists to provide engineering and technical insights and functional decompositions of the Army’s most sensitive technologies.
- Providing support to Government Program Managers and Senior Engineers to influence proper identification of Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical Components (CC), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Controlled Technical Information (CTI).
- Providing recommendations to Government Security Officers (SSO) and delivering findings to support the Government in its development of effective Program Protection Plans.
- Ensuring Program Protection Plans are satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as defense contractor facilities where CPI resides.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills -- this role requires briefing senior decision-makers.
- Army or DoD program acquisition experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (any discipline).
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. An approximate salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000.
