The University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center is looking for a Health Information Management coding Manager. This position would direct and coordinate the coding and audit functions of the Health Information Management Department. This includes developing an annual coding education plan, conducting regular and ongoing audits to assess coder performance, and assisting with the development and implementation of new programs, policies, procedures, and methods relating to HIM coding.
