Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Evening hours

Primary responsibility: conduct remote ABA sessions for children with ASD.

Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by combining clinical innovation, whole‑child care, and personalized therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA‑based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate data collection and analyze treatment data.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Communicate regularly with families.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in MD.

Reasonable Pay Estimate:
The pay range is influenced by qualifications, experience, education, location, and internal equity.
