Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Do- Lead client kickoff and requirements‑gathering meetings.
- Serve as a trusted product and subject‑matter expert.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plans.
- Configure UKG Ready HR modules (HR Core, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, ATS, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management).
- Conduct testing and provide training for clients and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UKG module issues and discrepancies.
- Support post‑implementation clients with configuration changes and inquiries.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of UKG Ready modules and functionality.
- Experience: 2+ years in HRIS, Payroll, or HCM systems; UKG Ready experience required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
- Background: Business analyst or project management experience highly desired.
- Traits: High emotional intelligence, resiliency, and ability to work independently.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and meeting deliverables.
- Work with a collaborative team dedicated to client success.
