• Source and engage active and passive candidates through various platforms, including Linked In Recruiter and social media
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews
• Prepare and send offer letters, following up with hiring managers and candidates
• Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and personable with a results‑driven mindset

• Experience in recruiting or human resources
• Knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
