Data Management Specialist, CBRND

Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified Data Management Expert to support the implementation, adoption, and operational use of Government‑directed data tools and processes to improve workflow organization, task tracking, and alignment with enterprise data strategy.

This position is based onsite in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is contingent upon contract award. Top Secret Clearance is required.

• Support digital transformation efforts by assisting with the implementation and user adoption of data analytics and visualization tools.
• Provide technical support related to approved data analytics and visualization tools, including preparation of training materials.
• Assist in integrating approved data tools into existing OCE workflows under Government direction.
• Support preparation of Digital Transformation meeting notes and monthly reports on data management efforts.

• 10 years of experience in Data Management, operations research, software development and/or Artificial Intelligence development.
• Top Secret Clearance.
• At least a Master’s degree in engineering, operations research, science or business.
• Experience managing data transformation and software development within the DoD.
• Extensive experience managing digital information at an Army acquisition organization and creating processes and digital tools for usage to manage data across a Command.
• Extensive background in the chemical and biological defense program with past experience in CBRN strategy, operations planning and leadership is required.
• Must have a wide range of government and commercial DoD experience including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs.

• 11+ years of experience in Data Management, operations research, software development and/or Artificial Intelligence development.
