• Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, and other program initiatives to drive technical success
• Collaborate with client enterprise architecture teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Support implementation teams through complex technical solutions utilizing Appian and related technologies
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal preparation
• Create and document best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly

• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, C++/C#, Perl, Python)
• Knowledge of data management and data visualization/BI tools
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., CMIS, Alfresco, Open Text)
• Experience in Dev Sec Ops  practices
