Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting skills with Active Directory Infrastructure, Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, PKI, Microsoft Power Shell, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, and Windows 10
- Experience with architecting and engineering enterprise-level solutions
- Ability to quickly understand complex topologies and interdependencies across technologies, especially: 2012 or later forest/domains and complex group policy architecture and administration
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills for software creation, testing, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently in high-stress, high-visibility environments with time-sensitive requirements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow directions and retain information
- Plan, conduct, and oversee technical projects; coordinate technical support efforts
- Apply research methods and techniques to investigate and solve complex system requirements; update training tools and documentation
- Provide technical consultation to organizations and clients on current and proposed systems
- Assist in planning and performing analytical research, design development, and other assignments per specifications
- Participate in after-hours support and be available for short-notice calls
- Additional knowledge in Quest ARS, GPO Admin, Password Manager, Microsoft FIM/MIM
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Quick understanding of complex topologies and technologies, especially: 2012 or later forest/domains and complex group policy architecture
- Ability to take direction and retain information
- Work with minimal supervision in high-stress environments
- Strong problem-solving skills for software creation, testing, and maintenance
- Apply research techniques to complex system problems
- Assist in analytical research and design development conforming to specifications
- Knowledge in Azure Active Directory, DNS, enterprise solutions, Power Shell, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, Windows 10
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations
- Provide technical consultation and support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Update and maintain training tools and documentation
