We’re looking for a System Engineer who enjoys working across the full system engineering lifecycle—from concept and design to integration, documentation, and delivery. In this role, you’ll help shape and refine system architectures, produce clear technical documentation and drawings, and support a mission‑focused team that collaborates closely with users, customers, and partner teams. If you’re adaptable, curious, and ready to contribute to meaningful mission work, this role offers a strong blend of technical challenge, and teamwork.
What You’ll Work On- Competent in virtualized Windows systems both Domain Controllers and stand alone
- Manage the upgrade process across multiple domains and working closely with the desktop support team for multiple remote sites
- Familiar with Exchange Severs and user mailboxes
- Knowledge of powershell to move arbitration mailboxes and administrator mailboxes and administrate on powershell environment when necessary
- Ability work on or assist with the image process for creating Win
11 and integrate that across all or most classification domains - Familiar with print servers and WDS(Windows Desktop Services)
- Monitor backups and snapshots
- Knowing or Familiar with DNS, GPOs, Terminal services, bigfix ( which needs to be configured for all classification except TS), testing 2025 and virtualization for proxmox are a plus
Strong system engineering experience, including documentation and architectural design
Experience with hardware and software integration
Comfort working in both Windows and Linux environments
Basic system administration skills
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and support a mission‑focused environment
