Accenture Federal Services is looking for an experienced Computer Scientist to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities- Assist in defining requirements, designing and building security components, and testing efforts
- Algorithm analysis and design
- Designing/developing computer or information systems, including engineering hardware and/or software
- A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Doctoral degree and 4 years of relevant experience. An Associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Degree must be in Computer Science (CS). Related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered relevant
- 5 years of experience in computer systems research
- 3 years of experience with simulation/model development and prototyping
- 3+ years’ experience with python
- Familiarity with network analysis and concepts
- Experience with C++
- Experience with Customer tools
- Experience with wireshark
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
